This is a great coleslaw recipe that's quick and easy. It's a great blend of sweet vs. tangy. Great served with your favorite bbq!
1 head grated cabbage (green and/or purple)
2 grated carrots
1 finely chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp. caraway seeds
2 tsp. dill weed
1 tbs. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all vegetable ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, caraway seeds and dill weed until well blended. Add to the vegetables and stir together to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill at least one hour before serving.
